Individual assessments allow for discussion of life’s difficulties and desires in order to determine a future path and a plan to walk it out.

Each individual sets goals that align with their wants, needs, strengths, and values.

Advocates meet with individuals to complete tasks for achieving their goals.

Advocates schedule meetings with medical and service providers and accompany individuals to model self-advocacy.

Advocates maintain relationships with providers in the community and are knowledgeable about the local services available.

We monitor individuals and providers in order to keep moving forward to attain goals efficiently.

Services are provided FREE of charge.

Except for the Social Security disability application process.

A fee is charged when an applicant is approved for benefits. The fee is a relatively small percentage of the back pay received upon approval.
