Mail, Phone, and Internet

An address, phone number, and email are required to complete forms, apply for services, check in at reception, and order things online.

Onward will provide access to these essential contact points in order to reduce this barrier for the people we serve.

We will assist with creating an email address. We allow use of our phone and internet as we access services. Our mailing address is available for use by request.

Ask an Onward worker if you want to have mail delivered to our mailbox from businesses, agencies, or family. We have an agreement that protects both of us. We’ll need to know how to get your mail to you.
